We devote time and resources to improving the skills and talents of the FinSupport  team members we assign to you. As a result, one-time jobs or free trials are no longer viable options. However, we are certain that we will be able to put together the proper team for you and help you overcome your obstacles. 

It doesn’t work and it’s not our way. The recruitment process is based on your needs. While the job maybe the same across practices, the way you do the work and the type of person you require will be quite different. Good things take time!

Our staff are provided with laptops and are not able to download data onto external devices. You can work with us in providing VPN access or remote desktop access so that your data is not directly access via our staff devices. We offer a base level of data security and ensure privacy. Additional requirements can be discussed as required.

Our agreements are renewed annually, but you can make changes to the agreement as needed in terms of capacity and capabilities throughout that time. If your circumstances change and you need to terminate the agreement, you have to provide 30 days prior notification.

We start with learning about your business and what you need from the new recruit.

As with any new hire we require a minimum of 4 weeks to recruit and place a candidate. This can at times take longer.
